WORKSHOP LEADERS:

Latha Rao is the Principal Consultant at Clear to Scale Advising, where she helps service-based businesses and female solopreneurs turn data into actionable strategies that boost revenue, streamline operations, and drive growth.

With an MBA, master’s degrees in Public Health and Health Management and Policy, and 25 years of experience, Latha is skilled at turning insights into practical, results-driven plans. She’s managed a million-dollar outpatient PT clinic, served as COO, and led strategic growth initiatives for mission-driven organizations.

Through Clear to Scale Advising, Latha helps clients simplify processes, make data-driven decisions, and implement strategies that deliver impact. She lives in San Diego with her husband, daughter, and dog, and enjoys hiking, traveling, gardening, and dabbling in impact investing.

Sunaina Mehta is an entrepreneur, brand and innovation strategist, and award-winning marketing leader with 20+ years of international experience in brand marketing, design thinking, and advertising.

She has held leadership roles, including VP, Global Head of Insights at HP and Head of Strategy at Wieden+Kennedy. Sunaina is the founder of Know Me Saké, a brand offering Japanese sake tasting experiences with a creative twist, and The Leela Collective, a publication dedicated to empowering enterprising women. She is also a Board Member and Treasurer at Design Forward Alliance, where she advocates for human-centered design and its transformative impact on socio-economic development in San Diego.

With a Master’s in Strategic Design from Parsons School of Design, as well as degrees in architecture and integrated marketing communications, Sunaina blends creativity with human insight to help businesses thrive in today’s dynamic environment.
